JOCKSESSION Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partners within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer flat-rate standard shipping.

  • Standard International Shipping: $5USD

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50

Estimated Delivery Times To bring you quality athletic essentials directly, we partner with specialized global manufacturers. Your items are shipped directly from our production facilities.

  • Standard Transit Time: Please allow [7 to 15] business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed and shipped.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes JOCKSESSION is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Packages If you have not received your order within [20] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@jocksession.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@jocksession.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
